McNeill Labor Management is a family-owned and operated business built on hard work, experience, and lasting relationships. Owner Shannon McNeill has been involved in the agricultural labor industry since his teenage years, bringing decades of hands-on knowledge and experience to the company.

That same dedication is reflected in the people who make McNeill Labor what it is today. Many of our crew leaders have been with the company since its beginning, and many of our laborers return season after season. We take pride in the relationships we have built with our employees and growers and value the hardworking hands that built our foundation and continue to move us forward.
